You can initiate a return return request within 7 days of delivery/as per the product description details. There are certain items which are not returnable:

Refund:- 

Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection. For Prepaid orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days. For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.

Delivery

• You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery

Shipping 

• Different courier companies offer a different slab of weight for different locations, so we felt it is not fair to give standard slab and price for all locations.
• So we have done the hard work and given you location-based and product based pricing. Standard dispatch time will be 2-3 days, delivery time will be 7-10 Working days.
• Price mentioned is for corresponding weight slabs, if you combine two products, combined weight slab will be applicable
